DELIVERIES

Delivery shall be made within 1 and 3 business days from order confirmation after payment and the indication of the delivery address stated on the sales order path where you or a representative shall receive the items.

TRANSACTION

If one or more items purchased are unavailable, you will be offered a replacement product. If the price of the replacement product is higher than that of the original item, the difference must be paid in cash or by bank transfer before receiving the order. If the price of the replacement product is lower than that of the original item, the difference will be refunded. All these operations will be handled by a company representative.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order in the event of any discrepancy between your order and the original.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Please be sure to check all items thoroughly upon receipt, as no returns will be accepted once delivery has been accepted and signed for. Return requests submitted within 24 hours of delivery will be considered, but acceptance is not guaranteed. However, any return request made after this 24-hour period or concerning items already unpacked will not be accepted, mainly due to the risks of exposure, storage and handling of the products, factors which are beyond our control. Any costs associated with the return of items will be discussed and agreed between all parties prior to confirmation of the return request.
