COMPLEXITY

Lussac-Saint-Emilion AOC is an appellation bordered by Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion and Saint-Georges-Saint-Emilion, and by Montagne-Saint-Emilion. Considered the "Satellite of Saint-Emilion", the vineyards cover almost 1,500 hectares. These are, without doubt, among the world's best-known appellations for red wine. This appellation produces elegant, full-bodied wines that favor balance. Merlot reigns supreme, frequently blending with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Candied fruit is omnipresent in the bouquet, and the tannins reveal a lovely roundness and a certain power.
